SUPPLIES:

-wooden dowel 18 inches wide. Feel free to get creative! A copper bar, a strong piece of driftwood works great too!

-496 feet (124 meters) of 4mm single strand cotton cord. ANY COLOR! Remember, this is a fun pattern and you can get as creative in the colors as you want.

-Sharp scissors

-Measuring tape. don’t worry, I’ll tell you exactly how much you will need.

This pattern I use 4mm single strand cotton cord. 3ply will also work for this pattern as will both 3mm and 5mm cord. with 3mm: -25% of each cord length with 5mm: +25% of each cord length.
